Event & group ride management
Run your weekly rides and marquee invitationals without the start-line chaos.
Leave the clipboard and the extra forms behind. Routes, member and guest tickets, digital waivers, QR check-in, and volunteer roles live on one event.
Flexible registration for casual rollouts or paid century rides
-
Frictionless free RSVPs
For a recurring weekly ride, keep it simple. Riders RSVP from the event page, and the ride leader gets a headcount without a checkout.
-
Tiered member and guest pricing
Charge guests while members ride free or at a member price. Each ticket can be for the general public, all members, or a membership tier, so the member rate is a reason to join.
-
Open public discovery
Anyone can view the route, the date, and the distances on the public event page. Browsing does not require an account.
Routes
Embed the routes your club already rides
Paste a link from Ride with GPS, Strava, or Komoot. The map sits on the event page, with elevation when the route includes it, so riders can open the course before they roll out.
Waivers
End the start-line clipboard scramble.
A paper waiver is the record the board cannot find later. MemberCrest keeps each signature on the rider’s profile, saved as a PDF with the member.
-
Standing or event-specific waivers
Require a standing membership waiver, a waiver for this event, or both. A standing waiver can last through the membership period or the calendar year.
-
What every signature keeps
Legal name, the date and time signed, the IP address, and the exact waiver text displayed at signing.
-
Sign at the start
Riders scan a code at the start, sign on their phone, and check in. Organizers can email a reminder to anyone still unsigned.
Seamless morning-of check-in from any phone
-
Fast QR code scanning
An organizer scans a rider’s code, or riders scan a code at the ride leader’s table and check themselves in.
-
Privacy-controlled attendee lists
Show who’s going on the public page, or keep the names for ride leaders. The roster stays with the organizers either way.
Volunteers
Coordinate SAG drivers, ride sweeps, and marshals without the group chat.
-
Capped volunteer slots
Set the need, such as two SAG vehicles or three ride sweeps. The role closes when it is full, and a volunteer spot does not take a rider’s place.
-
Self-claim or direct assignment
Volunteers claim a role on the event page, or an organizer assigns a ride leader to that role for this occurrence.
Falls Area Bicyclists
Three distances and two prices, on one Saturday in Garretson.
For Falls Area Classics, the club put the 100k, the 50k, and the gravel ride on a single event page. Members rode free. Guest registration was $25. Check-in was at Quartzite Coffeehouse, and the fall open house was on the same page.
